Notes From Vancouver

No bad luck for us today! (44 minutes left!)

We're experiencing a bout of gorgeous weather - unusual for Vancouver - calm, blue skies, autumn colors and warm enough to sit out and watch the boats in the harbor at Deep Cove, while we eat a lunch worthy of the Riviera Cafe.

We had a great book-talk/book-signing last night at the West Vancouver Community Arts Council. We talked to a group of 25 or so people for about 90 minutes - and gave a tarot card reading to anyone who bought a book. We may try to incorporate this into further events!

We came to Vancouver right from Bouchercon in Madison, WI -- a fun-filled 3 days meeting new and old friends, listening to writers, and talking to fans. (Some of them were even OUR fans - how about that!)

One thing we loved in Madison were the cows. If you've never been there, you've missed a treat.
